ATM Cards
The Blue Grass Valley Bank ATM Card will allow you access to your Blue Grass Valley Bank accounts worldwide through ATMs accepting VISA® Cards. If you would like to apply for The Blue Grass Valley Bank ATM Card, please visit the Blue Grass or Monterey Offices and ask a Customer Service Representative for an application.
Types of Transfers: You may use the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) issued to you to initiate transactions at ATMs of ours, ATMs within the networks identified on your card, and such other facilities as we may designate from time to time. Unless you specify a different account during Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions, your primary account will be used for your transactions. Your primary account number and information may be obtained from the ATM Request Form. At present you may use your card to (some of these services may not be available at all ATMs):
- Withdraw cash from your checking account.
- Withdraw cash from your savings account.
- Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts.
- Obtain balance information on your deposit accounts.
Limitations on Frequency and Amount:
- You may withdraw up to a maximum of $300.00 in cash per day (if there are sufficient funds in your account).
- For security purposes, there are limits on the frequency and amount of transfers you may make using ATMs.
Fees and Charges for ATM Transactions:
- There is no charge for ATM withdrawals at machines owned by us.
- There may be a fee assessed at some ATMs. If a fee is assessed, the ATM will initially disclose the amount to be charged.
- There is a replacement card fee of $5.00 per card.
- If a customer needs a replacement PIN a $5.00 fee will be assessed.
ATM Fees: When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a funds transfer).
Report Lost or Stolen Cards
Please call The Blue Grass Valley Bank immediately to report a lost or stolen card. We will cancel your card quickly and block all activity in order to help prevent losses.
If your card is lost or stolen after business hours, call Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) Payment Services at 800-264-4274 to cancel your card. Please notify the bank on the following business day so that we can monitor your account for any unauthorized activity.
If you believe the PIN associated with your card has been compromised, we ask that you contact The Blue Grass Valley Bank immediately and request a replacement PIN.
